Indipendent entrance, big private garden, private hydrommassage pool (5seets) outside living with table chairs and umbrella.

• The terms of cancellation are 15 days before the check in you are entitled to a refund of 50% of the ammount paid at time of booking.
• A deposit of Euro 300 is required for each booking, in case of any demage caused to structure and furnishings.
• The deposi twill be refunded 10 days after departure.
• Minimum period of stay : 7 days mid and high season, 3 or 5 other period of the year-
• The price payed for booking and the caution will be refunded in case of impossibility to make your stay because of due to the property.
